Thank you for visiting our website GBLeisureSport.com By using our website and ordering with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, so it is a good idea to take a look at them and make sure you are happy with them before you proceed with your order.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION 

 

Please note that these terms and conditions can be updated at any time and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering on the site. The terms and conditions are between you and GBLeisureSport.com and do not affect your statutory rights.    

 

 

 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

Our aim is to always have up to date accurate product information on our website. However, there are sometimes instances where we get it wrong. This may include but is not limited to: 

  • Incorrect pricing 

  • Incorrect stock availability 

  • Changes in colours/items included in sets 

  • Differences in packaging 

  • Incorrect image 

  • Incorrect description

We will always correct any errors immediately once they have been brought to our attention, but we reserve the right not to process any order which is placed on the basis of incorrect information. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. 

Colours in images may vary dependent on computer screen or device and colour settings used. 

 

PRICING 

All prices displayed on the website are shown in British Pounds (GBP), and VAT is included at the current rate of 20%. If this should change we will immediately notify you and VAT will be inclusive from that point.  

You will be charged for your order in GBP. 

If an error is discovered in the price of any of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your PayPal or credit card 

 

PAYMENT 

Payment will be taken by Paypal or Stripe at the time of ordering, using your usual card payments.

No credit card details are stored on our website

 

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product that are subject to our terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS 

 
Our standard returns policy is 30 days for online orders.
 
Items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached- your return may be rejected if items are not in a resalable condition.
 
All U.K returns are subject to a £3 return fee per order, which will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
 
You will receive email confirmation when your return has been processed.
 
Your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 working days after your return has been processed.
 
To return your on line order simply email us to request a return label. Attach to the outside of your parcel and take to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office within 30 days of receiving your items.
Royal Mail will provide you with a tracking code and instructions which you can use to check the status of your return through their tracking service. We recommend you keep hold of your post office receipt and tracking code until your refund has been issued, as this is your proof of returns postage.
 
Please note that when returning items for a refund which are not faulty, a £3 return fee per order will be deducted from your return to cover postage costs. This applies to all orders, and £3 will be deducted from each of your returned orders refunds in cases where you are returning items from multiple orders at once. 
 
We do offer a free return if the item is faulty on all orders.

  

    

LIABILITY 

 

We cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.
